The World Poker Tour tournament, Festa al Lago, currently being played out at the Bellagio is drawing to a close. The starting field of 368 has been narrowed down to six. The total prize pool for the event is $5,354,400. The winner will get $1,411,015 and the top fifty will cash.
Bertrand “Elky” Grospellier is in the lead with a chip count of 6,420,000, which is more than double that of the next man. The other finalists are Nenad Medic, Nam Le, Odie Dardon, William Mietz and Adam Levy. Dardon, Mietz and Levy are first time finalists at a World Poker Tour event. Levy has recently signed up as brand ambassador for Ultimate Bet and has already begun to show results. The other three have had considerable experience of World Poker Tour final tables. Both Medic and Le have had successes this year but are far too behind Grospellier to do any damage.
