Youwin Affiliate Programme website screenshotAfter switching software platforms during July 2009, UWin.com (now known as YouWin.com) announced the suspension of payments to affiliates and shortly thereafter closed its affiliate program completely despite its promise to pay lifetime commissions to its partners.

The site was thereafter purchased by the founder of SportingBet.com, Mark Blandford, who subsequently rebranded the site as YouWin.com.  You.Win.com recently announced that it is keeping its promise and is working with the Gambling Affiliates Union in order to reinstate players and honoring any retrospective expenses and will continue with future payments.

Will Lytle of YouWin.com said  “The decision to close the program was both unfortunate and unnecessary.  However we take full responsibility for these past decisions and are committed to rectifying the matter and re-building trust with the affiliate community. Affiliates are and will remain an integral part of our growth strategy and that starts with the integrity of the program and the individuals involved.”

“With the considerable advancement of core Internet technologies over the last few years and the rapidly evolving ways people interface with the Internet and other technologies such as mobile devices, we see a solid opportunity to build a truly innovative sportsbetting brand that over-delivers on customer needs and experience and keeps us ahead of the competition.

“We have brought together the right team to help us meet these challenges and as a business we are committed to remaining as agile and efficient as possible. We feel extremely optimistic.”
