The total prize money won at WCOOP over 88 events and 106,739 buy-ins is over $65 million. Players from the United States have dominated the championships by far. They have produced 7,315 cashes followed by Canada in second place with only 898 cashes. Players from the United States have made it to 409 final tables. Canada is second with only 50 final tables. The U.S.A. has 56 bracelets to its credit, followed by Sweden with 10 and then Canada with 6. Naturally the lion’s share of the prize money has gone to the U.S.A. $38 million out of the $65 million have been won by American players. Sweden is second with $5 million and Canada third with $4 million.
