The Main Event of the PokerStars Asia Pacific Poker Tour in Macau has just been completed. American Edward Sabat won the event and the prize of  $454K. Sabat was not only the youngest player at the final table and had qualified through an online qualifier. Earlier this year Sabat had cashed in events in WPT, WSOP and LAPT.

The World Championship of Online Poker, again sponsored by PokerStars, is in progress. The first four events have been decided. Event #1 the $215 NLHE 6-max was won by shane147, Event #2 the $215 Pot-Limit 5-Card Draw was won by ImBillMcNeal, Event #3 the $215 Limit Hold'em $300,000 Guaranteed was won by cwp394 and Event #4 the $215 2-7 Triple Draw $100K Guaranteed was won by playitsafe.

The Main Event in the Partouche Poker Tour in Cannes has reached the final table of eight. Stephane Bazin is in the lead with 2,387,000 chips. Pro Gus Hansen was the last to get knocked out.
