The Canadian-based software company, Chartwell Technology Incorporated has announced that it was granted an operating license by the stringent UK Gambling Commission. Under the 2005 Gambling Act, the company can now manufacture, supply and install online gaming software in the UK and become partner to some of the top brands in the industry. The license applies to remote and non-remote gambling.
In addition, some of Chartwell’s senior executives have been granted management licenses by the Gambling Commission.
