Comtrade Gaming, a leading technology provider to the gaming industry, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Romanian retail betting and gaming provider Bet Arena Interactive in terms of which it will provide the Romanian provider with its iCore back-end solution – The Enterprise Gaming Platform.
Bet Arena is part of the industry leading Superbet Group and a well-known operator in Romania with more than 200 high-end shops.
The Comtrade online gaming platform is able to manage multi-channel operation to integrate retail and online operations, while iCore, through a high degree of customization, specializes in identifying key player segments, automating multi-channel bonusing and contains a business intelligence back office to support management strategies.
Steven Valentine, Director of Interactive at Comtrade Gaming, commented on the new deal by saying that they are extremely excited to be selected at Bet Arena’s long-term strategic partner.
Valentine went on to say that Bet Arena has ambitions plans for online growth and their business objectives will now be backed by their advanced platform capabilities. He also said that they are totally focused on platform technology and their ability to adapt to individual client needs proved to be a key factor in the deal.
