UltimateBet.com, the leading online poker, has announced that despite the fact that they love the Aruba Poker Classic it has recently cancelled this event and will be focusing on increasing its presence at major events that already exist.
The Kahnawake-licensed poker room also intends developing a monthly $500,000 guaranteed tournament which they hope will turn into a million-dollar event.
UltimateBet is also planning to create more pro-related competitions and intend running a twice-yearly UltimateBet Online Championship.

UltimateBet.com has also signed a deal whereby it will serve as official sponsor for the Four Aces Poker Pro Canada Classic. This event is due to commence on April 15 and will be held over a period of four days with a buy-in of $1,650. Fifty players are set to be sent to this event via a series of online satellite tournaments.
