PokerStars.com’s virtual school at Poker.Stars.net will now be the official sponsors of the all-women High Heels Poker Tour (HHPT).
High Heels Poker Tour started up in 2007 and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Its aim is to empower women to compete against each other on a high level at the poker table without any men involved and to become world-class poker players. PokerStars.coms’ sponsorship will help HHPT to promote their events and to ensure that they become even more successful in attracting more women into the game of poker.

HHPT’s last event was a $125 no re-entry poker tournament on September 12th 2009. There will also be a grand finale $1,000 buy-in ladies event in January 2010.
