The Providence based GTech Corporation, one of the most powerful lottery providers in the world, has extended its contract with the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation for a further four years.
The two groups have been linked since 2004 and GTech has helped the state generate millions of dollars to benefit its educational needs since then.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our partnership with the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation,” said the President and Chief Executive Officer of GTech, Jaymin Patel. “This amendment will provide the lottery with the capacity to increase its self service offerings to help drive incremental growth. Over the next several years, we look forward to working more closely with the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation to expand its self service product line into new retail locations and help it to maximize revenues for Tennessee's scholarship and pre-kindergarden programs.”
