Following a rash of rumors that Bodog Life is seeking to exit the United States gambling market due to payment processor problems and issues with the authorities, the company’s head, Alwyn Morris reassured the public and said that nothing of the sort would be happening. "In regards to accepting US players, Bodog has not and is not planning to close its doors to any market," said Morris.

The press has been rife with stories that Bodog, which runs one of the most successful sports betting, casino and poker offerings on the internet, has had to let go of most of its staff members and has been left with a ‘skeleton staff’. In addition, Bodog lashed back against a recent article that appeared in Forbes that linked the company to problems that a payment processing company was having with US authorities.
