Games developer, Zen Entertainment Incorporated has announced the launch of a suite of PC and Mac-compatible interface applications that can be used with its network of free-to-play casino-style titles.
Included in this great new collection are Mac and PC-compatible browser-based applications and a downloadable version that can be used with its Zen Tournament Cloud network where exciting games such as South Point Poker and WWE Poker can be enjoyed by players.
Craig Billings, CEO for Zen said that the launch represents a milestone in the development of their network and that players are now able to join tournaments not only from a spontaneous “instant access” browser application but also through a “poker-centric” downloadable application.
Billings added that it is very important to offer interface flexibility as they position their network to serve the “freemium” player, the social games player and the wager-focused player. He also stated that this strategy allows their network partners to put themselves ahead of the fast developing online games industry quickly and affordably.
The new software suite gives players access to Zen’s shared $100,000 prize pool as well as around-the-clock liquidity and will be extended in the near future after the addition of an iPhone application.
Luisa Woods, Chief Marketing Officer for Zen said “Today's online player demands choice. They want to be free of platform limitations. We intend to meet that demand through technology, allowing our players and network partners to make playing on Zen a fun, smooth and technically easy experience.”
