PRWeb's Order To Stop Online Gambling Releases Benefits Others

PRWeb suffered an enormous setback this week when it was ordered by the state to cease the promotion of online gambling through their press release site. Online gambling sites were previously able to distribute their press releases on this online press release newswire service at a very competitive price.

PRWeb is not thrilled with the news but it has resulted in making other sites who were also accepting online gambling releases happy as they are confident that they will gain some of PRWeb’s former clients.

“We value all our clients across the globe,” said John Montgomery, Managing Director of Press Release 365, “It is our job to distribute press releases to the appropriate news outlets, both domestic and international.”     He added that many other press release sites would benefit from the order handed down in Washington and that Press Release 365 would continue to offer their services to the online gaming community.

Washington and their anti-online gambling crusaders have succeeded in stopping PRWeb from promoting online gambling through their press release.

The fact that PRWeb is not based in Washington, which is the only state in the nation where it is a Class C felony to place bets on the Internet, is the reason why the state has ordered it to stop the distribution of online gambling releases.
