The European Gaming and Betting Association launched a newsletter for the online gambling industry, to assist all those interested in getting to know more about the market.
“It will help not only law makers and regulators making reasoned and informed decisions but it will also help individuals in choosing how to play in a safe and responsible way,” writes Sigrid Ligne, EGBA’s Secretary General in her opening introduction of the newsletter.
The inaugural newsletter deals with extremely interesting issues, including integrity in sportsbetting – a very hot topic at the moment. Also discussed is the role of the European Union in the online gambling industry in terms of legislation. In addition, readers will be able find articles dealing with the tools used for customer identification. All in all, the first edition of the EGBA newsletter makes for fascinating reading and is a must for all of those interested in the industry.
